Unbelievable!!!

I am so fed up. Our econonmy is draining, and we have American families who can't even get by because businesses can't afford to have so many people on the pay roll, and I am sure we could all think of about 300 other things that could be added to this list. So I just sat down and started reading the Red Eye, and you would never beleive what I found. There it is in ink, black on white, ARMY PLANNING FOR 4 MORE YEARS IN IRAQ. There are well over 100,000 soldiers over in Iraq fighting this lost cause. I am all about supporting the troops, but why should I back a cause that isn't ours. The Gov't has made it our problem, and I would like to know how many of those war supporters on capitol hill have family that is over in Iraq.
I am so furious, and it is unbelievable. I had a cousin in the Navy. My bestfriends brother was over in Iraq. My good friends husband is over in Iraq. I have old classmates, and classmates brothers and sisters who are in Iraq or were in Iraq. Why should these people put their life on the line because people are worried about oil, and monoply and becoming a monarch. There are millions of people in America struggling and America has turned it's shoulder on them. WHY? Why can't we take care of our own. Instead we take funding from our future (the schools and the people in the schools) and put it into War. WAR! WAR! WAR! This is such an ugly word, and it brings the worst out in people. Where is all the respect for humanity. Down the drain? I think I am in agreence with the Nebraska Sen. Chuck Hagel said "Iraq is looking more like the Vietnam War every day."
